On the 31 of October, the owner of this car had drove at a high speed onto the pavement and had rammed into a young male, teenager aged 16/17 to fall off his bike and hit his head on to the pavement. As the male fell off the driver and another male had came out of the passenger side and held the young male on the floor violently.

This person was seen on 137 Elgin road IG3, he was tailgating a cyclist and had rear ended it , causing him to fall over , the police have been informed and will be reporting the driver to the DVLA

hi yes thats true he showed aggresive force and imjured several minors. I was watching from my window and saw many kids on the floor. the kids contacted aftrr sayimg what happened and the damages they recieved
