Parked in front of a school (at peak time), completely blocking the driveway into the school.
It was clearly says keep clear, plus you don't need to be told to not park in front of a driveway.

Its the same outside many schools. Similar car, similar cheap meaningless plate, similar poor driving. Problem is,the cops dont want to know, the driver only has to say theyre letting someone out and they evade any fines... madness
