I was parked down my village outside of a friends house and saw this driver on the side of the road with a speed camera in her hand, shouting at people if they were speeding! She was threatening to call the police on this BMW ahead and kept shouting "I AM A CRIMINOLOGIST! DO NOT MESS WITH ME!" whenever I witnessed someone drive past.
