Driver was too excited for a Toby Carvery breakfast they couldn't be arsed to park properly. Should have stayed at home and taxed their vehicle instead.

Let's try again - Mr Citroen here can afford a custom plate but can't pay the tax on his car, nor can he park it properly, seemed to be too excited for a Toby Carvery to bother doing so.
