Red Vauxhall Astra, manufactured in 1996, first registered on 1 August 1996. Cylinder capacity: 1998cc.
Overtook around a bus on the wrong side of the road and almost crashed into some bollards. He then later mounted the curb and almost knocked someone over. Really dangerous driving. Needs to be taken off the road.
