As you can see, I pass the truck on the dual carriageway and pull back over safely, without cutting in front. There was a queue of cars in front of me who slowed down rapidly to avoid being caught speeding by the "Yellow Vultures" That's when I set the CC to 55 mph. (I've attached a screen shot, do you know how long it takes to upload a video to this page?)
I've done nothing to aggravate him ..... except drive within the law!!!!

I agree the driver should be banned from all driving until he passes an advanced driving test but unfortunately I'm not the law.

I'd just like to see 1 min or more of video prior to this just to put my curiosity to bed. No it's no excuse for the HGV drivers attitude/driving - he should be forced to retake his driving test IMHO but all the aggression is at the beginning - could be that dashcam driver did something to upset HGV driver but as I said that's not how a professional driver should drive. No excuses.

Absolutely shocking behaviour. I posted lorry tailgating recently (PK62 WPY) and got some potty-mouthed abuse from some troll. There is nothing to excuse this sort of driving.

I'm driving on the cruise control at 55mph on the A9. This buffoon drives right up my backside, flashing all those lights, sounding his horn and weaving all over the road. I adjust the CC to 60mph and he's still not happy. This is a screenshot from my dash cam of him both hands off the wheel in a rage! Speed limit for trucks is 50, what's his problem?

I see you have left a "review" on https://www.yell.com/biz/w-j-and-j-green-ltd-fochabers-4351146/ but you really need to speak to them directly. Their contact details are on that page.
If you provide them a link to video footage, keep it private and monitor the number of views. Companies will spew out the company line and promise to take action but you will notice they don't even bother to view the evidence.
If here is no action go to the police. Lunatics like this should not be on the road. I have personally witnessed the fatal and distressing consequences of such driving.

The driver is called Mark Miller I am lead to believe,it is also rumored that he as had the vehicle turn up to 62+ . Have heard this is not the first time for this behaviour from him .report him to the police because is company will not do anything.
