ah but yes it would, because that means all those other people on the road at 3pm also work night shifts, including those clogging up the motorway, dual carrigeways and town centres. No hes unemployed and lives off my taxes. Explain to me why at three pm the road is entirely full of cars causing traffic jams if everyone of those people works forty or more hours a week then.
