Pain in the arse, typical range rover driver who splashed out on a big car just for it to take up space. Come across them a few times in my town, bundles around oblivious to anyone else around him. Doesn’t give way along the road so forces you to compensate, and if you get stuck behind them on the local 60 road be sure you’re sitting at 38 until you can find a rare safe spot to pass. Frustrates so many drivers, people don’t want to speed, they just want to drive the speed limit when it’s clearly safe to. Get the bus.
