This black Range Rover parked like it was stolen. There are a few small businesses with limited parking bays and this person parks on the road in front of our bays so it prevents 3 of our parking bays being used. Despite the fact it’s a dropped kerb and the council have painted a white line. Now I see another business on Linked in are having the same battle with this vehicle. No common courtesy or respect.
