Who said driving licences are given away? Driving licenses are "given" to people who pass a driving test.
Cyclists are often drivers too, especially in London where people commute by bicycle into central London because driving isn't an option.

Please tell me you reported that narcissistic sociopath to the police. His driving is terrible and clearly so is his attitude. It's a pity a copper wasn't around to test him for drunks and/or drink? I think that might have helped. Whatever his excuse, he shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car, in my opinion. The cyclist was taking a perfectly legal road position and - as shown - drivers like this are just one of the reasons why that position is recommended by all respected cycling authorities including the AA. The driver however clearly thinks cyclists don't have a right to ride this way; that they should somehow glue themselves to the gutter and allow moronic idiots like himself to over-take where they shouldn't be over-taking. Come on cops: are you going to do him for the horn? Section 59 for the name-calling and other verbal onslaught clearly intended to cause alarm, harassment and distress? Careless driving? Or do we have to wait before he runs over some poor sod going home to their family? Oh and driver if you're reading this? Your driving is now all over the Internet. You know, it wouldn't be so bad if said troll actually had an opinion beyond mindless hate, but as you too have now noticed this isn't happening. I actually feel sorry for them in a way, that their life is so spiteful and empty that they must come on here and engage in some benign, time-wasting assault they may consider to be a form of crusade. When WILL they get it into their heads that aimless abuse serves nothing? That avoiding the subject matter speaks volumes?
