The cyclist had looked and indicated before the images, as did the lady behind. (Lead biker had also used the "move out" gesture behind his back).

The car driver not only gave no room, he was also going way above the speed limit.

Despite there being no traffic coming in the opposite direction, this Idiot almost took out two cyclists in front of me. Learn some road manners/common sense before you kill someone.

@ the 2 replies below

Did you ever consider that the driver was at the seconds before the photo @ a safe overtaking distance but then without signalling the 2 cyclists pulled out therefore making the distance between the two unsafe.

Hey I'm all for criticising road users when evidence proves this

But the Highway Code states (this includes all road users) before overtaking (in basic terms) "mirror, signal, manouver

Now can we see a video of maybe 15-20 secs of action prior to the captured video or has the 3rd cyclist something to hide?

"I don't see photos of cyclist indicating (out stretched arm) to signal overtaking of parked truck" Whether they did or didn't still doesn't change the fact the driver is responsible to only over-take if it is safe and practical. The driver cannot mitigate their actions by making references to hand signals, it just doesn't work that way. Oh, and in my experience about 8 out of 10 drivers NEVER indicate when passing parked vehicles such as that shown here..

"Yes once again the car looks close but I can't blame only the car diver". Why not? They were too close to the cyclists. Period.

I'm also a keen cyclist
In the above images
I don't see photos of cyclist indicating (out stretched arm) to signal overtaking of parked truck (if that's what's in front of them
I don't see cyclists checking (looking back) before manoeuvring

Yes once again the car looks close but I can't blame only the car diver
