Driver and passenger deserve lots of jail time and hopefully the big boys will drop plenty of soap bars to teach them a lesson.

Yes I know I'm dreaming - if they get caught the driver will get another 12 month ban to run with the existing 2 previous bans even though he hasn't got a driving licence and a £80 fine which he won't pay because every other law abiding tax payer will pay it for him.
