Guy parks on double yellows in a clearway in a slip road to pick his missus up from work every day. His own personal parking space. Cuts buses up to get into it, reverses to get the perfect spot, causes left turners and cyclists to have to dodge him, and then rejoins the main road from the off slip! Utter wanker, going to cause a crash, hope it's a bus.
