Maybe you want to contact th police in your city and report it.
From what I understand it's no longer a registered UK vehicle - those driving it are possibly driving on false plates
If you look at the top of his page it says SORN (Statutory Off Road Notification) meaning it's not allowed on UK roads

1. Yes I did see the Benz truck in India, and in India, pillion riders do not wear helmets.
2. For the He/She who wrote the second comment, I took this picture using my mobile phone and uploaded it almost instantaneously. Why in the world would I even think of photoshopping it. I mean, what will i get by proving my photshop skills.
3. For the He/She who wrote the 3 comment, I saw a Brit driving the bus. I even waved out to him and even gave him a Thumbs-Up. I did get a very cordial response as well.
