At approximately Thursday 07:20 on 04/03/21 this Land Rover was speeding over Skerton Bridge (doing between 40 and 50) and then turned right into Parliament Street which is for taxis and buses only.
Another so-called “perverted” driver who thinks the law doesn’t apply to them.
