Total idiot. The car was driven by a young lad count have been more then 18. He cut me up running from the outside lane to inside lane then cut the car in front up on the next roundabout. Sat reving his engine at the lights only to nearly stall the wreck. The car was falling apart, held together by rust so I'd bet it's another uninsured driver.
