Couriers rarely take parcels inside a building in normal times, let alone now. If you're so damn lazy, perhaps don't order so much. I am the Accommodation Manager for Quebec House in Kingston. On Monday 06/04 at approximately 14.05 we opened the main entrance of our property to the driver of this vehicle who was delivering to us a number of parcels for our tenants. To my surprise I saw him dumping the parcels in the entrance when there is clear instruction outside and inside as to where our office is. Quickly I went to ask him to bring them up in our office but rudely told me he was very busy and that I had to stay two meters away from him. He refused to take the parcels upstairs and of course did not apologize for this unprofessional behavior. This is the worst courier service I have encountered in my life...
Please do something about this imbecile.
