E Cigs come with batteries - you don't need to light them

This is definitely a crackhead he begins by searching for where he's placed his little piece of crack. Then you can see he's clearly interested in ensuring the crack is firmly stuck and in the right place on the wire gauze. Then like any crackhead they have to light from above (just like any pipe smoker).

This scumbag needs a long ban until he's clean
