Should be done for criminal damage, disturbing the peace, affray, inciting violence, other public order offences and anything else they can throw at him.
Scum like that need to be locked up and taken off the roads. How long before he decides to assault another innocent motorist and really do someone some harm.

I hope this incident was reported to the Met, given the guy took a wheel wrench out of the boot, obviously with the intention of using it as a weapon, and then goes on to rip the lorries wiper blade off (i.e. criminal damage)! The 2 guys in the Merc are thugs who need taking off the streets!

Funny how these scumbags cover their rear number plate thinking they won’t be identified when their front number plate had already been filmed. They’re obviously not at all intelligent. I’m sure the authorities could have easily checked CCTV of before the road rage incident from the bus camera or nearby fixed cameras to see the vehicle registration number.
Hopefully the police will be knocking at the Mercedes drivers door soon and as it’s a minicab (possibly Uber), TFL should also cancel his private hire licence. We don’t need drivers like this on our streets.
