This woman driver of KP12SVO had an early morning brain freeze, doddering along at 15mph then taking umbridge to someone daring to try to pass on a two lane section..so instead speeds up and forces them to swerve when the road merged into one again. Followed by a brake test. Despicable driver. Needs an eye test and a driving test education. Probably still drunk from the night before. If she reads this - your brake test is what I've reported you for and it's considered dangerous driving - it's all on dashcam.
