If you are from Belgium then you shouldn’t be reporting drivers from another country via other peoples clips. Especially if you don’t even know the rules of the British road.
Most of the stuff you put here is pathetic naming and shaming of decent people who make a minor driving fault, 13 of which are required to fail a uk driving test. This website is for showcasing the real idiots like those who do 70 in a 30, drift round corners and act like yobbos in car parks. It is not for shaming someone’s old man who pulled out a little early, oh if only yours had done the same.

Yes, I was wrong. In the UK it's apparently different than in Belgium. In Belgium you're allowed to drive over a mini-roundabout. In the UK apparently not.

He's a bloody driving instructor yet he drives over the mini-roundabout and doesn't appear to be in a large vehicle.
From the Highway Code:
"188: Mini-roundabouts. Approach these in the same way as normal roundabouts. All vehicles MUST pass round the central markings except large vehicles which are physically incapable of doing so. Remember, there is less space to manoeuvre and less time to signal. Avoid making U-turns at mini-roundabouts. Beware of others doing this."
