Drove behind him for 5 mins, very erratic driving in middle of the day - nearly knocked 2 different cyclists off bikes, cut up the inside of someone as they were trying to turn (to the right which is the side he cut them up on) speeding so three times I ended up pulling up at lights behind him and 2 of those 3 times he was already in a shouting match with other drivers when I pulled up. Dangerous, selfish, obnoxious driver, shouldn't be on the roads - he's going to kill someone.
