The driver of this grey Honda shouldn't be allowed to drive with children in the car, if he can't ensure their safety (He was driving through Chadwell St. Mary, Essex, then down the hill towards Tilbury, whilst a child was jumping up and down on the back seat and leaning between the front seats. High dangerous. The kid could go flying if there was a collision or if he had to brake hard.
