Can't see it is a blind spot issue. White van pulls up beside BMW before moving over so MUST know he is there. Get the feeling there is history behind this. BMW starts edging to the left as the van pulls up beside him, like there is something going on between the two. Then why would WVM force him to a stop when it is himself that was in the wrong? All very odd.
