Happened between 4:40-4:55pm Driver made a speedy U-turn near the end of Whitehall near trafalgar square, Im cycling on the opposite side of the road where he is going to U-turn to and he just made a move resulting for me to almost hitting his car. Luckily avoided colliding to his car, and he instantly drove off. I tried to confront him at the stop lights and he was giving a threatening gesture.

Happened around 4:45-4:55pm 27th May 2021. Cycling, Exiting roundabout from trafalgar square to whitehall then all of a sudden this car decided to do a U-turn with speed and I was shocked barely managed to stop but luckily avoided colliding onto him. And the driver drove off like he did nothing wrong, but as I was going to confront him by thw stoplights he seemed very angry so he knows he did something wrong and was giving a threat full gestures. He almost killed me and Im the priority so he’s not allowed to make a U-turn unless I slowdown and told him to go, or the road is clear for him to go.
