Looking at the rear video the vehicle position never altered, a competent driver would either have tapered their speed and wait until there was a gap on oncoming traffic they had no intention to provide the required overtaking space as stated in the Highway Code. This is classed as careless driving on section 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
If you look at the front video at 09.32.14 there is a shadow of myself and the vehicle, there is no lens distortion, this clearly shows the gap was only 20cm.
