Wouldn't be surprised if this vehicle was a) involved in an accident, and b) Parked on the pavement to avoid a fine. Wonder if there were any notices in the window? Whatever the case and on a lighter note, I personally think it's an ugly bastard of a car.. the Brits sure do stand for some shite..

Looks like the government had opened it up to all, same as the valid tax/MOT check

Not only is this vehicle in an illegal state to be on the road the driver can not tell the difference between the footway and the road
Also a dodgy number plate that reads as KO53JTX

I love what he's done with the tyres. Why do people put tyres on that are too small for the rims?

Also the rims and the tread of the tyre are protruding from the body of the vehicle. I thought this classified the car as being in a dangerous condition. God knows how it passed an MOT last month like that.
