Well i watched the video as subbed to Jay and he did go over the top towards insulting DISABILITY and that comes across as not being accepted in todays society, Sadly there are a few that agree with Jay and i use the word again Sadly these people are iether ignorant to the fact are not simply bothered if someone has a disability or health issues, Jay did wrong and he had his video removed by youtube, Now that its on here it will probally stay and even Jay himself can not remove it only admin can do that, Another issue that Jay may face is backlash from others that have a disability or a family member that has one, Youtube will always look into the behaviour of their account holders be it on youtube or on other websites and they do usually make an example of those that have been found guilty of insulting, bullying or offending people with health issues and sometimes they close that channel down for infringements, Even on other websites you are not free to abuse others, Dont forget Google own Youtube and Google is the biggest search engine in the world so even Jay is not untouchable, Another issue people know what Jay looks like and who he works for so someone may just seek legal action agaist him for descrimination or something related to that, Never say NEVER as its happened many times before and it either started with facebook or youtube, I'm just saying so dont slag me off people..

Totally agree as to your behaviour towards the other driver, So respect to you, One issue i have is your comment on his motability car, There are people out there that are really disabled and depend on their car to get around so that remark was unacceptable, I have family and friends that suffer from ill health and they depend on motabilty to help them day to day, Without their cars they would never get to see their grandchildren as muc and try to live a normal life, I hope you will never suffer from ill health and lose the use of any of your limbs etc, You are still young and you still havent lived life to the full yet, Let's hope that karma don't come back and bite your arse mate

I get what you're saying, but I don't think Jay said it out of ableism. I think it was more the fact that the driver was insulting a trucker's driving skills whilst driving a common-as-muck little Kia. "Motability car" was admittedly poor word choice - "Korean Sh*tbox" may have been more appropriate. But regardless, I don't think there was any real malice behind it.

The problem is we know Jay is basically a good guy. The other person however doesn't see much beyond what they may perceive to be a person 'talking over them'. Which in turn makes the whole thing become a battle of wits rather than logic..

I am completely for the truck driver in principle. It's a difficult job; one that requires skill, patience and understanding. It's also a job with long hours, often for little pay despite the HUGE responsibility these driver have.
With that out the way Jay, I refer to your methods. You were in the right here, in my opinion, but the references to the other person before you left the cab imply a certain motivation on your part, even though you were 100% polite with regards to your actual approach to the driver.
To the car driver. Assuming this is the only interaction with them. The way the car driver responded was disgraceful, in my opinion. Just no need for it. They're arguing over nothing. Furthermore the property is private so the Highway Code doesn't strictly apply. The trucker's clearly been sent somewhere difficult..why make his life even more difficult? And you, driver, then suddenly find somewhere else to park..couldn't you have done that earlier?
Without this trucker here, you don't get your goods. It's that simple. Even if the trucker somehow managed to make a mistake, your level of patience and understanding towards that trucker is ZERO. Think about it.
