I doubt you know her but just in case this world is alot smaller than it seems; tell her that there does exist people that actually need that space more than her.
She obviously has no disability other than eating too much and being overweight.
Also defending people who have no respect for the disabled doesn't look good on you either so the least you could do is perhaps question someone's motives that think this is acceptable.

Every busy Friday afternoon/evening at Tesco, Harford, Norwich. This fat pikey cow parks her poverty spec Merc A Class in the disabled space as close to the entrance as possible. Never seen a blue badge in the best part of a year now since I stared noticing her pattern.
If she can't get the nearest disabled spaces, she uses that "set down point" (AKA: Lazy arsehole parking bay). You know the one I mean.
