Abusive towards elderly man and stalked him back to his house just because he over took him and continued to verberlly abuse him. As soon as the van door was open he was up in the elderly mans face claiming he was a off duty officer and in the next breath he said he wasn't. Followed him all the way to his front door until daughter and grandad son step in to calm the situation.
