Thanks for the advice. I called the police moments later. I got out of my car after driving down the road and came back to make a note of his license plate and home address. I gave these details to the police and my insurance company. I didn't get out of the car and the doors were locked. Next time I will film discreetly as you suggest. Thanks for the tips.

This man is an aggressive psychopath. He came out of his house and started violently kicking my car. He said I had touched his car. A complete lie. I am so careful parking and moving out of park. He then proceeded to keep kicking my car and screaming aggressive foul mouthed abuse at me for parking in front of his house. He seems to miss the point that there are no parking restrictions on his road. This man is a psychopath or an insurance scammer.

Did you call the police there and then. Don't interact with them, either; just keep your doors locked and leave a camera running. If you think he's going to do it again, then also get a third-party to witness and provide a statement when you file a complaint with the police. Do NOT tell this individual you are filming.
