I am still in shock. I was bringing my children to the Ulster American Folk Park in Armagh yesterday. On our way there this man was driving very close behind me and at one point began flashing his lights. I had set my cruise control to 60mph as that was the speed limit on that road and it has been known for speed cameras. So going any faster was not an option for me. We eventually stopped at traffic lights and this man pulled into the lane beside me and began shouting at me through his window. He called me a "slow c*nt" and was shouting other things that I could not understand. I told him I was doing the speed limit and to calm down. He told me to "f*ck off" and called me a "stupid black b*tch". At this point my daughter started crying but he didn't seem to care and carried on shouting. Thankfully someone came over to intervene and he actually drove up onto the footpath to get away. He is a coward and a racist. Needless to say he has been reported. If anyone sees this car on the road please be aware. This man is unhinged.

This lunatic nearly hit me this afternoon as I crossed the road. It happened on the Limavady Road in Derry. Very close call. The driver did not slow down and was definitley breaking the speed limit.

Spoken this morning to receptionist , female, made an equiries for what reason they have contacted me and asked for my blood press readings and photos to be posted to them?
Asked who is the Richard who phone to me from 01937 543 200 ?
He said, that Richard is not the doctor, only pharmacist next door, from John Lewis pharmacy in their GP surgery.
I did explain to that lady that any unsolicited phone calls to me beeing considered as hostile.
Asked nicely never ever again contact me because it will be treated as hostile act.
Also, she said, that I am no longer their patients, despite the fact, that she has found my details on her computer.
