Driver of this vehicle is on video stopped on a roundabout for no apparent reason and then driving straight at a pedestrian before again stopping on the roundabout, exiting his vehicle and leaving it in an unsafe and insecure manner as the vehicle started to move after he left the seat forcing the driver to dive back inside the vehicle to stop it. he then exited his vehicle again, leaving it turned on with its driver's door wide open in the middle of a roundabout and he aggressively approached the pedestrian pointing his finger in the man's face and aggressively shouting and abusing the pedestrian using foul and abusive language. Finally he got back into his vehicle and did a U-turn with no seatbelt on before driving off.
