Not so much a Bad driver but a guy on a BMW motorcycle both him and the bike all in reflective gear the rider was logging data on a laptop and I think taking photos of our Close then hurriedly left when i came out to my car ?? any ideas

It's enough to include link to photo or youtube or facebook movie into comment's content in order to attach them to the comment
Did they have any badges or numbers on their attire? Could be a surveyor, TV Licensing (lol) or debt collector.. anyone really. If you see them again phone someone to come round so they can get a closer look.. I wouldn't worry about them mate but keep your eyes peeled just in case (and make sure the house alarms are on etc) :)
