Proving once again that BMW stands for Bloody Minded Wanker. Try and get a baby buggy or a mobility scooter through that gap. There is plenty of parking literally across the road, and a layby and a car park a few yards walk away. This arsehole thinks it's ok to block the pavement despite all that. Not the first time this moron has done it and probably won't be the last. You should be utterly ashamed of yourself.
