I'm sure there are considerate, sensible BMW drivers out there on the roads. This clip does not feature one unfortunately.
The learner driver probably got a fright as the speeding BMW flew past in its eagerness to join the stationary traffic at the lights.

Hate it when drivers do this, especially when there's no need and I the traffic lights are on red. Just means they are going to be waiting longer. It's not just BMW drivers that do this. 90% of those boy racers and boomers.
