I pulled into Hunts Slip road from Alleyn Park (I'm Cycling), as I neared the rise to go over the bridge, I could hear a motor vehicle approaching at High Revs. nearing the brow of the hill the vehicle passed me at speed. (Well over 30mph in a 20 zone ). the road is narrow at this point & leads to a narrow "Pinch Point" - visibility over the bridge is poor. as he sped past me a schoolchild on a bicycle approached from the opposite direction. the van continued at speed forcing the child into the gutter. the child carried on & I caught up with the driver further on. I asked him what he thought he was doing & he seemed oblivious (He was on his phone) & gesticulated & shouted expletives at me. This is a very dangerous road & I often see examples of poor driving around children here.
