The thing with city riding is that there are junctions and places to pull into all over the place hence the slow speed filtering to make progress, i.e. the purpose of being on the bike. The slow speed differential is the only chance of being able to stop in time if needed.
This person’s sudden 90 degree turn to the right shows undue car and attention. If it wasn’t me it would have been someone else on two wheels on this busy commuting road.
I am fully aware there is a risk to riding in town, road users doing the basics reduce those risks enormously for everyone and the majority do. The typical videos I post are of them not doing that and the aren’t many. London is genuinely a nice city to ride in, on both a pushbike and motorbike. A lot of curtesy is shown by all.
