I have never done this to anyone before, but this driver has to be named and shamed as well as the light taken out of his car that you can see in his back window.
This is based just outside Chichester West Sussex.
As I turned into New Road from the South on Stane Street, the car in question turned in from the North on Stane Street and decided to overtake me straight away even though there was oncoming traffic. He cut me up in order to pull back in. I honked my horn at him for being so stupid and then he turned on the brightest White LED strip light I have ever seen in his rear window.
This is so bright, that even at 8am with it being fairly light outside, I was blinded and still have a head ache behind my eyes even now at 9:45am.
I had my 4 year old daughter in the car and could have easily driven off the road with either his cutting me up or that fact I was blinded by a deliberate act with a stupidly bright strip light.
He did not get anywhere due to other traffic on the road, so why the overtake I don't know. But he then started to overtake other cars and vans going along side the Goodwood motor circuit where there are blind dips and dead spots in the road.
I have never seen such idiotic and malicious behaviour, as that Super bright light is obviously in there to cause damage to people he overtakes.
I have reported him to the Police as this light must be taken out of his car.
