VOLKSWAGEN CADDY C20 TDI
Seen in Garstang driving around with silly attention seeking rallyboy blue headlights on (regardless of how much daylight there is!!!!). Bulbs are that bright they must either be their main beam lights or ridiculously overpowered dipped beam, probably not for road use nevermind the fact the colour makes them not road legal. Attention seeker.
