Total bell-end. Tried overtaking in single lane roadworks (like, why?!), then speeding in a 20mph zone, followed by parking on double yellow lines approaching a roundabout.
Have seen him a few times. He's a complete bell-end with zero respect for rules of the road.
And double-whammy - his friends / relatives also park on the double-yellows outside his house!
