Driver is clearly on his mobile phone in traffic, and then drives dangerously. Let's get this twat into the Top 10 this month.

@onlyme There's a vast difference between attempting to "enforce the law" and telling somebody to put their phone down for your own personal safety. If the dashcam driver wanted to enforce the law, he could have rang the law enforcers at the time so they could investigate...but he didn't. He merely instructed the mobile user to put his phone down for his own personal safety, in anything he's doing the mobile user a favour as it might save him getting a £100 fine and 3 points!

I hate idiots that use their mobiles whilst driving

The police are asking drivers to send them videos like this one so that they can put the car reg into their so called KEEP WATCH system and pass the details onto local law enforcements from the area where the owner of the car lives so that they can be monitored

This way if they get caught by the police in the future and the driver may believe that he will get a ticking off by police then he will be in for a suprise suprise as his details would have been placed into the system along with the recorded video

Proving he has been caught using his mobile phone in the past resulting in him getting a fine and points on his licence

To be honest that's a good thing as it sends a clear message to all that disrespect the law as well as respecting the safety of other road users and the general public

Keep up the good work and keep posting your videos to Youtube and here on RateaDriverUK as it's people like you that keeep us all informed of the idiots that we should all be looking out for

Don't think he deserves Top 10

You are not law enforcement and therefore you should have just moved on and uploaded the simple video od driver using mobile

Instead you blatantly attempted to enforce the law and antogonise the situation
