A foreign looking bearded male was tailgating me in a 20 zone in the West End part of Morecambe.
He appeared to be looking down a lot but I could clearly see him on his mobile when I had to slow down and then stop due to a queue of traffic at the West End Road junction with Euston Road.
Using his mobile made his driving dangerous with the tailgating he did.
