The driver of this red 2005 Ford Transit van got impatient because the car in front didn't move off the junction. The reason the car couldn't go was because there were temporary traffic lights to the immediate left and it was red for traffic coming from the right. The car wanted to turn left and therefore couldn't go as the light was green for traffic coming from the left. The van driver beeped the horn in frustration. When the light went green, the car turned left and the van sped across the junction and the car coming from the right had to stop. Took place on Babbacombe Road, Torquay at about 7:30pm. http://rate-driver.co.uk/images/photos/20160304201048.BMP http://rate-driver.co.uk/images/photos/20160304201048_1.BMP
