From YT video up-loader: "12th April at 11.30am. it was in the road leading from Peckham high street to Southampton Way. We were turning right into Southampton Way when the bottle was thrown.
This guy too busy fiddling around with his phone, he got up set after over taking him and he didn't like it.
Did a check of his van to see if he had insurance and road tax...etc using the direct gov website and apparently, he hasn't had a valid tax since 2014. Why hasn't he been pulled over by police by now?"

i guest im not the only one that got pissed off with this guy. he overtook me a bit too close while cycling
