White Citroen Relay. Parked outside my dad's house for almost an hour. No-one knows this person or why they were in the village. Then proceeded to reverse into my dad's car and cause a lot of damage to the bodywork then drove off. Absolute dick. Van also has outstanding finance according to searches.

I get that they damaged his car, but why do you need to know why they were in the village? It's not illegal to park outside someone's house, unless it's blocking a dropped pavement or entrance to property.
