Drives like an idiot. If you're already over the speed limit then it is still not good enough. Tries overtaking at the most stupid times and then when they can't get around, tailgates until they almost cause a disaster. Needs to get rid of the massive car (which you probably don't need anyway) and actually learn how to drive.
