Perhaps you should read the description of the video BEFORE making ignorant judgments based on nothing.
This moron almose causes a crash after passing within a few inches of me, giving me a fright, which resulted in me sounding my horn at him. He stops, lifts up his visor and proceeds to call me a "fat cunt" when in fact I am far from fat, and something else which I did not quite catch. No I was not "being funny", I was frightend by YOUR very close pass. I will be passing this video to police for thier attention.
I overtook him at the round about as I was unsure what he would do next, maybe try to force me to go in to the back of him, I did not know, so I was thinking the sooner I got away, the better, so I overtook him to do so.
After checking this bike out on "isitnicked.com", I have discovered that it is untaxed and as a result, potentially uninsured as well.
