This big motobike drive is very aggressive and I had bumped into this guy this morning on the stretch of Battersea park road. At first red traffic line, when traffic stopped, I positioned my scooter to his behind left, when the light turned green he tried to veered into my lane. At second red traffic light, this time I am on his right, and he started lecture me not overtake on the left (maybe refer to the first red light, but it was not overtake as all traffic stopped for red light). Ok, I took it, no big offence. When the light turned green he sped off only to overtake a cyclist on the left! As I am on 125 scooter, I later catched him at the third red light (junction Battersea Park road Prince of Wales Drive) , where I stopped in front of him but behind others (motobikes all positioned on the right edge of car). When he moved off, he seemed to be mad and KICK my scooter from behind. It is very aggressive and dangerous haviour, all other bike driver shout at this mad guy. He later turned left at Cringle Street.
My question is: how can I ask the police to prosecute this driver as he endangered my life.
