Both lanes "City" straight on. Driver takes left lane then seems to change mind at the last minute. Turns right from the left lane causing cam car to make an emergency stop.
My guess is she didn't see cam car in blind spot. Lesson learnt, luckily with no damage.

@Chris. Total bollocks. Listened to it several times and can hear nothing change. If the cam car had driven differently in ANY video on this site, things would be different. What a knobbish thing to say.

Quite audible acceleration from the cam car after seeing the Suzuki indicating right. Also it's always good to be more aware when you're sitting in someone's blind spot. While the Suzuki was still at fault here, if the cam car had driven differently this wouldn't have ended up on this site.

There is no audible acceleration. You must be hearing the air whistling through your skull.

There was a difference in speed but it was relative. The cam car did not alter speed but the Suzuki decelerated when deciding at the last minute to go right.
There was less than two seconds between the Suzuki indicating and crossing lanes.
It is clear that the cam car braked and took avoiding action by steering steering to the right. If the cam car was not paying attention then the Suzuki driver would be crying on the phone to her insurer right now.

If the cam car had not been driving at a sensible speed the Suzuiki would be a pancake right now.

Not entirely sure what your issue is with my previous comment, but I can assure you I was in no way inebriated when I posted it. It's very clear (and audible) that you accelerated when the Suzuki started to indicate. Whether this was done intentionally to spark an incident or out of not paying enough attention, it's still poor driving on the cam car's part. Not to say that the Suzuki driver wasn't an idiot, but it needn't have been such a close call IMO
